Full wedding planning service
My full wedding planning service is for couples who are either right at the beginning, or in the first few months of the wedding planning process. If you have just got engaged, or you have just started looking for venues, this is the most useful and effective service I offer. I deal with ALL aspects of your wedding planning, and I make sure that you have the wedding of your dreams.
It’s your wedding
I listen to what you both want and make it happen, whilst adding a full creative element to the planning.
I am independent, and that’s really important!
I am fully independent, and not affiliated with any supplier or venue. It is important to stress that any reductions in supplier fees I negotiate, are 100% passed on to you.
My motivation is to create you a fantastic wedding, at the price you can afford. For this reason I charge a fixed agreed fee not a percentage, so there is no motivation for me to push expensive suppliers on you.
In addition, you are employing me for my experience.
My wealth of experience will allow you to avoid the many typical planning mistakes and dead ends, which can be costly in terms of time money and emotional energy.

Venue sourcing
I find you a choice of suitable venues & report back to you on my findings. I then set up venue meetings, and also attend meetings at the venues as needed.
Supplier sourcing
Sourcing all of the suppliers as needed. Importantly for the budget this also includes negotiating with all of the suppliers on your behalf. I have a wealth of industry knowledge, and excellent negotiating skills.
I am totally independent, not tied to any supplier or venue.
Any fee reductions I negotiate for you are passed directly to you.

Managing everything
Once I have sourced all of the suppliers they need managing and coordinating and keeping “on plan”.
Managing and dealing with suppliers and queries is very time consuming. Here are just a few of the things I deal with regarding suppliers:
- Checking all contracts with all of the suppliers, and raise amendments as needed
- Negotiating discounts where possible which are passed directly to you
- Coordinating between suppliers
- Managing suppliers timings and avoid duplication of supply
The final lead up to the wedding
I coordinate both your wedding day, and where needed, I manage and coordinate suppliers and venues in the days leading up to your wedding
- Manage deliveries to the venue
- Manage and oversee the set up of the venue
- Manage events on the day
- Provide all suppliers relevant schedules and timings of the day
- I am also there on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly
I am the first line of contact for suppliers, and the venue on the day, and on the days leading up to of the wedding. This lets you enjoy the day without interruption and stress
