I can give you as little or as much input and help with planning your wedding as you need.  It is your wedding; you do not need to be feeling stressed on the run up to your big day, that’s what I am here for!

I liaise with venues and suppliers to get the best prices, saving you money in the process. I just listen to what you want, and make your dream day come true.  As well as the planning, if required, I can be there on your day to make sure things run smoothly

On the day coordination

With so much happening so quickly – having someone who is experienced cover the on-the-day running and management of your wedding can really take the pressure off you, letting you just enjoy the day

I arrive a few hours before the wedding to over see and coordinate the day.  My job is to make sure that every thing is in place, all deliveries are made, and relevant people have arrived on time.  E.g. flowers, table displays, musicians, table stationery, photographer, wedding cake, registrar, venue dresser, toast master, DJ etc.

I will ensure the smooth running of your day, keeping an eye on timings; making sure both yourselves and your guests are looked after, without you needing to worry – so you both are free to enjoy your day

Sourcing Suppliers

Some couples just want a little help finding a few suppliers.   I can help with this by sourcing up to three suppliers for you, (excluding the venue).  What ever you need sourcing, we can help,  the choice is yours as to which combination you choose

Venue sourcing

Finding the perfect venue is a key and integral part of making your wedding day perfect.  It is individually by far  the hardest and most time consuming part of organising a wedding. We will source a choice of up to three venues that meet your requirements

Partial Planning

This package is ideal for those couples who have done most of the planning themselves, but feel that they are getting a little stressed and want to hand the responsibility over on the last few months leading up to there big day
